Shakespeare by the Sea Summer Camp

Engage your child’s dramatic imagination and acting aspirations to give them an unforgettable experience to develop skills and learn Shakespeare with a supportive and talented group of actors and camp counsellors.

Saint Mary’s University and Shakespeare by the Sea (SBTS) are collaborating to offer the ultimate Shakespeare summer camp opportunity for kids ages 10-16 years old.

This fun and interactive camp is led by experienced actors and camp counsellors to provide kids with the opportunity to learn Shakespeare's works and develop fundamental acting skills and training in voice, movement, stage combat, and physical comedy.

The camp culminates in a final performance of an abridged Shakespeare play for family and friends to enjoy.

For more information about the camp, please email SBTScamp@smu.ca or contact Dr. Arla Day at 902-491-6381.
