Everyone is welcome to this free family-friendly event! SMU Homecoming Wellness Hour is an opportunity for the SMU community to come out and practice mindful wellness in the form of a walk, run, roll or yoga at the Huskies stadium.

Light refreshments will be offered. Bring your own yoga mat!
