This virtual event will celebrate the individual journeys to success from distinguished SMU alumnae – The Honourable Mayann Francis BA'72 LLD'12, former Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia, Ann-Marie Layne BA’94, Consul General, Consulate General of Antigua and Barbuda, Toronto, and the Honourable Isalean Phillip BA’16 MA’19, Minister of Social Development & Gender Affairs; Youth Empowerment, Ageing & Disabilities, Government of St. Kitts and Nevis. Each speaker will share their journey and discuss challenges, successes and help students and young alumni explore the possibilities after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts.
